Privacy policy
This policy covers the website fitigroup.org. The KOPE and KAZIMPACT applications each have their own, more detailed policy, available from within the application. A complete version, compliant with the Digital Code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, will replace this page once the group's companies are incorporated.
What this site collects
fitigroup.org is an information site. It requires no sign-up, sets no tracking cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. The only data processed is what you send us yourself by e-mail.
E-mails
When you write to contact@fitigroup.org or to a group address, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to handle your request, and for at most three years to follow up the relationship. You can ask for their deletion at any time.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may record technical logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security and service operation, under its own policy. The group does not use these logs.
Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
The "Our apps" menu
The "Our apps" button, present on this site and in the group's solutions, reads a public file describing the solutions. It collects no data about you.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of the data concerning you by writing to contact@fitigroup.org. We reply within a reasonable time, at the latest within thirty days.
